It has indeed been a super crazy busy year in 2019 for me at work and I truly appreciate all the patience that all readers have for us in the translation of this novel that everyone is anticipating.

Yan Ru Yu finally got Lan Ning to agree to his proposal and now getting ready for their wedding. What mischief would the couple be coming up with next?

Happy Winter Solstice.

Thank you for the support over the years although we know that we have not been able to keep up to the translation on a regular basis due to work commitment. 

Yan Ru Yu and Lan Ning is back today. Apologies for the long absence and long wait. Thank you so much for the patience with us. Yes, just another 2 / 3 more chapters to go before the end of this novel and we are determined to complete this soon. Hopefully the upcoming Christmas Break would allows me sometime to complete the remaining chapters.

Time is definitely not on our side as our daily life and career have been keeping us crazily busy, hence translation have to take a back-stand at the moment.

Chapter 58.2 – Finding Glowing Beauty in Books (书中自有颜如玉)

Another 5 chapters to go to the end of this novel after this chapter. Can’t believe that we are almost at the end of the novel already. Soon, we will have to say goodbye to Lan Ning and Yan Ru Yu.

As everyone is aware, I no longer can guarantee a regular post. At the same time, I am still pondering if I should continue with online novel translation after completing this novel or should I retreat from online translation community. As much as I love translating and reading the novels, it is getting harder for me to be able to commit the time into getting the novel completed. Anyone wishes to comment?

On the other note, for the remaining 5 chapters. I am taking this opportunity to hear the feedback from all the readers. Would it be better for me to stockpile and complete the 5 chapters before posting them or should I continue to post as I find time to translate even though it would be irregular?

Hello everyone! It has been a super long time since I came online. Apologies for the long absence. Hope that everyone is well. 

It has indeed been a super busy and crazy time for me both at work and personal life. Trying to keep a work life balance seems even hard at the moment. Taking a lot of my personal time away from my reading even ☹

So fast, it is now end of March and is also the end of the 1st Quarter of 2019. I am praying and hope that the 2nd Quarter of the year will be a good one for all of us.
