J-Manga Review: Love So Life (ラブ・ソー・ライフ)

I found a new interest! J-Manga reading…. During my frequent travel to Japan over the recent years, visiting Book Off has become one of the must visit place when I am there. Book Off has become my favourite place because I realized that it is a great place to check out for cheap CDs although they are usually second hand. These CDs are very cheap, ranging from ¥100 to ¥500 each. A real bargain not forgetting to mentioned about being able to find old CDs that may no longer be in the market.

It is during these visits to Book Off where I envied those whom could read good Japanese. Unfortunately, I never completed my Japanese classes, hence my Japanese are limited to super basic (although it is enough for me to be able to get by while in Japan). I noticed that the mangas are very cheap as well, going for as low as ¥100 each. Sigh…

Another start of the week! It is already the end of November. In just 2 days time, we will start the last month of the year, December. My favourite month as well! J-Drama Review: Happy Marriage (はぴまり)

So, I finished Hapi Mari (はぴまり) Manga. And with the cute couple still in mind, my drama watch this week is Happy Marriage (はぴまり). Luckily it was only a 12 episode dramas, so I did not lose too much sleep while trying to juggle between work, family time and then J-Drama watching. How could I missed this drama…. Dean Fujioka is the main male lead…. (the first drama of his that I watched is Just You, a Taiwanese drama starring Aaron Yan and Puff Guo. I have always wanted to watch a drama where he speak his native language, Japanese.)

J-Manga Review: Hapi Mari (はぴまり)

I found a new addiction…. J-Manga…. I have been reading a few good translated J-Manga that I found on the Manga Apps that have been downloaded on my phone. It is a good and entertaining 10 minutes break that I needed over lunch after a hectic morning at work.

My read over the past week were Hapi Mari (はぴまり), also known as Happy Marriage in the J-Drama that was aired in June 2016.

Announcement : Status update on Finding Glowing Beauty in Books (书中自有颜如玉) translation

Hi everyone, hope that everyone had a great week. Time sure flies as we are now already in the 3rd week of November. Soon, it is December and then 2016 ends. Anyone in Christmas mood yet? I am excited about Christmas although I had not been able to put up my Christmas tree at home although I had wanted to put it up for 2 weeks already.

I know how much some of you are anticipating the translation of Finding Glowing Beauty in Books (书中自有颜如玉) which have not be happening as often as I wanted it to be as well.

C-Drama Review: Diamond Lover (克拉恋人)

It is back to Drama-land for me recently. Guess, watching drama is not as tiring as translation.

After finishing Cunning Single Lady (앙큼한 돌싱녀), I started re-watching another of my old favorite drama. Well, it is not entirely old as the drama finished airing on JZTV back in August 2015.

Diamond Lover (克拉恋人), is a popular C-Drama in 2015 staring Rain (also known as Bi) as Xiao Liang, the CEO of Tesiro, a large Diamond Company as the male lead together with Tiffany Tang as Mi Duo, whom once was a fat woman who became thin and beautiful following an accident where she had to undergo plastic surgery to restructure her face.
